A step-by-step breakdown of the Payroll Process.
1. Input: A designated laision person submits the payroll data in soft
format of each pay period.
2. Processing : Capture, Calculation and processing of the payroll
Changes to financial, non-financial as well as leaves information.
3. Internal Review & Queries : An electronic query list is drafted to
confirm changes not specified in the input or to clarify input which is open for
interpretation. In-depth review of all variances between current and previous
period’s Payroll data. This review process compiles with standard guidelines of
Govt.
4. External Review&Payroll Authorization : Respond to query list Approve
payroll by means of written confimation of total payroll cost, based on review
reports received.
5. Generation of Bank Transfer File: Preparation of bank-specific
Electronic fund transfer file for payment of employee’s net salary and also some
other reports (i.e. List of Cheque / Cash payments etc.).
6. Net Salary Payment
7. Pay-Slips : Customized pay-slips are printed and delivered to client’s
office.
8. Distribute Pay-Slips to Employers
9. Monthly payroll Reports and Backup: A set of monthly reports is
generated and forwarded to client. BackupCDis prepared and sent to client.
