Employee Self Service (ESS)

Web enabled system where an employee can view their pay slip. Employee can declare their investments for taxation purpose. Employee would be able to see online tax computation. Besides that an option can be provided to claim the reimbursement online.

Employee Login:  Every employee will be provided a Login ID and password to access the web-enabled system. This module will enable the employee to view his/her monthly payroll reports, namely Pay Slip & Tax Computations, Leaves & Reimbursements. The reports will be in print friendly formats, so that employee can print the same directly from the system.

Investment Declaration : The Investment Declaration Form will also be enabled in this Module so that employees of Company can submit the tax declaration online.

Query Management :Any query related to payroll, tax computations or reimbursements will be handled by this module. Employees will be able to post the queries and accordingly Survagya will respond through e-mails.
